The Denver Broncos are not sure if Drew Lock will be available to play on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. He is listed as questionable after back-to-back limited participation in practice to end the week. Head Coach Vic Fangio would make a final determination on Lock on Saturday.
“I think he’s getting better and he did some work today,” Broncos’ Offensive Coordinator Pat Shumur said of Lock on Thursday. “We’ll just have to see what the rest of the week brings. But yeah, obviously trending toward playing better than yesterday.”
The good news is that while tight end Noah Fant is also listed as questionable, he progressed from DNP to limited to full participant each day this week. He looks like he’ll be good to go on Sunday.
There were also three surprise additions to the injury report on Friday, with cornerback Bryce Callahan with an illness, offensive guard Graham Glasgow hurting his calf, and defensive lineman DeShawn Williams tweaking his ankle. All three are now questionable for Sunday.
On the Dolphins side of things, both linebacker Kyle Van Noy and offensive guard Solomon Kindley were limited practice participants this week and will enter Sunday as questionable to play.
