The Denver Broncos will be looking to reach .500 for the first time this season with a win over the Atlanta Falcons this week. Denver started out 0-3, but have won three of their last four. Can they make it four of their last five?

Preview
Both the Broncos and Falcons this year began the season stumbling out of the starting blocks. The Broncos dropped their first three games, while the Falcons their first five. Since then, they are a combined 5-2. The question today is which team has the hotter hand.
If we are to believe oddmakers, the advantage goes to the 2-6 Falcons who are four-point favorites over the visiting 3-4 Broncos. I think this game will come down to defense. Which defense will have the most success slowing or stopped the others offense? I think Denver has the advantage there, but if the Broncos offense plays like it did early in the game last week it won’t likely matter. Hopefully Drew Lock and the Broncos offense plays more like they did late in that game.
