Broncos are six-point home underdogs to Bills in Week 15

The Denver Broncos are big home underdogs to the Buffalo Bills this week. They are six-point dogs at home. Can they get the upset this week?

The Denver Broncos are looking for an upset in Week 15 when they host the high-flying Buffalo Bills. This game will be Denver’s toughest test remaining on their schedule, so a strong performance against Josh Allen and the Bills could be a good momentum builder as they head into the offseason.

According to SportsBetting.com, the Broncos will be six-point home underdogs to the Bills. Denver’s streak of being underdogs in games continues, but they also have one of the best records against the spread this season. They’ll need all of that to come out with a win on Saturday.

Drew Lock is coming off his best career game last week, but it was against one the league’s worst pass defenses. He will now face one of the leagues best pass defenses in the Bills. On Wednesday, Head Coach Vic Fangio talked a little bit about what he’s seen from the Bills defense on tape.

“They’ve got good corners, which helps right off the bat,” Fangio said. “They do play aggressive. They try and make negative plays. They’re a hard playing unit, which I think is a compliment to them, and they’ve benefited by their offense really coming around. They’re playing with a lot of leads. They’re playing with confidence that if they give up something, their offense is going to get it right back. Anytime your whole team is playing well it has an effect. If one phase is playing well, it has an effect on the other phase too. These guys are really good on defense, they’re obviously really good on offense, and they’re playing well as a team together.”

Their best chance might be to rely heavily on the ground game and call upon Lock to pick up those third downs. However, with both Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report they may need Lock to do much more than that to have a chance in this game.
