Broncosfansd Mock Draft 9.0 - Denver TRADES BACK

So there is some talk that if the players Denver wants is not there at 15 they would trade back into the 20's. I'm fine with this because you all know I want Denver to Draft a WR. So with this possibility here is my best mock Draft before The Combine and FA.

1. Justin Simmons - Safety - Denver - signs a 5 year deal worth $15 Million a year.

2. Byron Jones - CB - Dallas - Jones can play CB/S and with Karem Jackson being able to do both Fangio will have multiple ways to attack offenses. Jones gets $16 Million a year from Denver.

When Lamb/Jeudy and Ruggs are all gone at 15 but Andrew Thomas is there Denver decides to TRADE back in the 1st Round.

1st Round Pick ----- TRADE - Denver trades its 1st Round Pick to Miami for their 26th pick and 56th Pick 1st and 2nd Round Picks. Miami needs a LT and drafts Andrew Thomas.

1st Round Pick #26 ------------------------- Laviska Shenault - WR - Colorado - 6'2" 220 lbs - Elways drafts this big WR to pair with Sutton and pick up another 2nd Round.

Draft Network on Shenault - Shenault is a versatile weapon that can challenge defenses at every level of the field. An impressive blend of size, physicality, burst and ball skills, Shenault has no limitations in the ways he can make plays. Whether it’s stretching the defense vertically, winning in the intermediate areas of the field, uncovering quickly on the short stuff or used for touches in space out of the backfield, Shenault brings a well-rounded skill set to the table. He’s a fierce competitor that was often held back in college on account of an unimaginative offense and erratic quarterback play. Shenault’s skill set can immediately take an NFL offense to another level and add difficult to defend dimensions to it.

2nd Round Pick #46 -------------- JK Dobbins - RB - Ohio State - 5'10" 217 lbs - Dobbins would be a great addition to Denver who wants to run the ball and open up the play action.

Draft Network on Dobbins - JK Dobbins enters the NFL after logging over 4,400 rushing yards across three seasons at Ohio State with more than 2,000 of those coming in his final season. Illustrating steady growth across his collegiate career, Dobbins is an ascending prospect that profiles as a plug-and-play NFL starter. Dobbins’ vision, decision-making, burst, power and elusiveness make him an exciting weapon that can be the focal point of a productive NFL backfield. Hauling in 71 receptions for 545 yards, Dobbins is a capable pass catcher but will need some development as a route runner. Dobbins is versatile and without limitations, making him a scheme-transcendent back with a bright future.

In the end Elway reloads this team with talent and playmakers. Laviska and Dobbins both will be great additions to the Offense.
