By now you know the Denver Broncos have a new running back.

Melvin Gordon will sign a two-year deal with the Broncos and join Phillip Lindsay in the backfield. The rival becomes teammate and will look to add some missing versatility to Denver’s offense.

After the move was announced, Gordon joined Big Al and JoJo on Friday to talk about why he chose the Broncos and what he brings to the team. Plus, going against the Los Angeles Chargers twice a season. Gordon also touched on the impact the holdout had on him.

“I’m not going to lie, it’s definitely difficult to play in Denver with that altitude,” Gordon told the guys. “I can only imagine how practice and training camp is there. It’s going to be awesome to play those guys (the Chargers). I’ve been around those guys for about five years now. It’s going to be different. Seeing them on the other sideline. So it’s going to be all new for me.”
