What is the Broncos biggest positional draft need?

New, comments

In early March, we asked what the Denver Broncos biggest positional need was in the 2020 NFL Draft. Let’s find out how much that differs today.

Way back in early March, we asked in our FanPulse survey what the biggest draft need was for the Denver Broncos this year. Overwhelmingly, fans voted offensive line over wide receiver. Cornerback made the list too, but well under 10%.

With the 2020 NFL Draft just a few days away, it is time to see where fans land today. Is offensive lineman still at the top of your list with the Broncos first round pick or has wide receiver or cornerback inched its way ahead?

Personally, I’m good with either wide receiver or an offensive tackle. There are that many top flight talent at both positional groups for the Broncos to patiently wait for one to fall to them there. Even a cornerback would make sense if one falls.

If I had to pick just one position of the three, I would likely go with wide receiver at this point. A good quarterback can overcome poor offensive line play if they have enough talent everywhere else. Adding one of the big three wide receivers would give Drew Lock a plethora of offensive weapons to work with. Someone is going to be open even if the line doesn’t do it its job.

What do you say, Broncos Country?
