The name of the game for John Elway and the Denver Broncos in the NFL Draft was offense and speed.
It was clear the strategy was to give quarterback Drew Lock a new stash of weapons.
There are the big names in Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler, but don’t forget about Tyrie Cleveland, who was selected by the Broncos in the seventh round.
The road to a roster spot is a lot more difficult for the receiver from Florida, as a recent roster review highlights.
But on Friday’s Broncos Country Tonight with Ryan Edwards and Benjamin Allbright, Cleveland is excited for the chance to play for the Broncos and in the NFL.
“I’m just going in with the mindset to work hard,” Cleveland told the guys. “Whatever the coaches tell me to do I’m going to go do it with 100 percent effort.”
