Week 1 of the 2020 NFL regular season is in the books. I feel pretty good about my rankings this week since I correctly identified the Arizona Cardinals as a team on the rise despite the disdain we Denver Broncos fans have for their defensive coordinator.
The biggest surprise for me was how poorly the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys played and also just how good that Pittsburgh Steelers defense is. Then, of course, there was that 16-14 home defeat Denver was handed by the Tennessee Titans.
The focus might be on the questionable lack of use of timeouts from Head Coach Vic Fangio during the Titans final drive, but it was the slew of errors on both sides of the ball that should have us all concerned this week. The team easily left a lot of points out there to be had on offense and on defense they could have averted some points. All in all, that game has me dropping them a few spots down to 25 this week.
Here are your NFL power rankings for Week 2.
