Two teams trying to claw their way out of the dumpster through the first three weeks of the season will square off on Thursday Night Football in Week 4.
The Denver Broncos (0-3) have been devastated by injuries and have nearly half their salary cap dedicated to players who won’t be suiting up for them this week. Meanwhile, the New York Jets (0-3) are also in disarray with Head Coach Adam Gase rumored to have a seat so hot that he might be unemployed come Friday morning.
According to SportsBetting.com, the Broncos opened at 3-point road favorites over the Jets on Thursday Night Football with an over/under at 40. That line has since slid to 2.5-points in favor of Denver.

This is a game that won’t garner much interest in the rating category, but the winner here might just knock themselves out of the Trevor Lawrence running early.
Personally, I feel like the Broncos should win this game. This Jets team looks like a team in complete disarray, while Denver is just dealing with injuries and a backup quarterback. It’s tough though. Do I really think Jeff Driskel or Brett Rypien can pull it off on the road on a short week? When looking at it from that angle, I have my doubts. I’m going to say Jets 21, Broncos 16 and let the Trevor Lawrence Tank roll.
