Welcome to the first round of the 2020 NFL playoffs!
The new playoff format includes seven teams from each conference, so we have two extra playoff games to enjoy this year. The Wild Card round will be the largest set of games and they begin this Saturday, January 9, 2021.

NFL Wild Card - Saturday TV Schedule
Indianapolis Colts (No. 7) @ Buffalo Bills (No. 2)
Saturday, Jan 9, 11:05 a.m. on CBS
This will be my personal favorite matchup. I think Josh Allen is having an MVP type year and these Buffalo Bills have that swagger that allow teams to go on those historic playoff runs. I’d love to see that, since it would mean blocking the Kansas City Chiefs from a shot at back-to-back titles.
My pick: Bills 38, Colts 24
Los Angeles Rams (No. 6) @ Seattle Seahawks (No. 3)
Saturday, Jan 9, 2:40 p.m. on FOX
In probably the least interesting game of the day, FOX will be airing the Seahawks-Rams playoff matchup. The Rams sort of limped into the playoffs, but that defense can hang with anyone. This game will come down to how well Russell Wilson plays and I think he’ll find a way to advance to the next round.
My pick: Seahawks 24, Rams 20
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (No. 5) @ Washington Football Team (No. 4)
Saturday, Jan 9, 6:15 p.m. on NBC
Welcome back to the playoffs Tom Brady! You have an easy cupcake in the nameless Washington team and it is also your first ever Wild Card appearance in your Hall of Fame career. I also think you will be one and done. Teams with losing records are a perfect 2-0 in the Wild Card round and this Washington Football Team got here on the backs of their defense. On his back is where Brady will spend much of his day... hopefully.
My pick: Washington 17, Buccaneers 13
