Despite losing four-straight, the Denver Broncos have opened three-point favorites at home against Washington Football Team in Week 8. Sitting at 3-4, the Broncos need a win this week just to keep this slide from spiraling into a massive losing streak. The schedule gets very difficult after this game.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Broncos are three-point favorites over WFT with an over/under of 43.5.

The last month has been a Halloween-style house of horrors for the Broncos, but could this game against Washington on actual Halloween be the day they finally escape that house of horror back into the win column?
If I were a betting person, I would probably take WFT here. Taylor Heinicke has looked pretty good in his starts so far and while they lost 24-10 last week to the Green Bay Packers, they were in the red zone multiple times and came up empty. I would think against a defense struggling as badly as the Broncos is, they will end up coming away with scores in those situations. With the depth issues at linebacker, its hard to see the Denver defense recovering enough to stop teams from running roughshod over them. Pair that with the Pat Shurmur first half offense and you have a recipe for another frustrating week.
