Is Tom Brady the greatest quarterback of all-time?

Given how 2020 went, the argument against Tom Brady being the greatest NFL quarterback of all-time just got a whole lot harder.

Well Broncos Country, we sold our collective souls to keep the Kansas City Chiefs from winning back-to-back Super Bowl titles. Sold it to... Tom Brady.

Is Tom Brady now the greatest quarterback all-time? Even I, a card carrying Tom Brady hater, would be hard pressed to disagree. He’s literally done everything any other quarterback has done, but with seven rings.

And fans generally agree now that he has that seventh ring as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers according to our latest SB Nation Reacts survey.

I still don’t like Tom Brady and likely never will, but I didn’t like Joe Montana much back in the late 1980s either. Brady has the championships, the stats, and now has emerged from the shadow of Bill Belichick - who by the way now seems to be in Brady’s shadow instead.

As for who I would put in as the greatest quarterback of all-time, I think it would be 1a as Tom Brady and 1b as Peyton Manning. Then the discussion starts for that number three spot, which I’d obviously put John Elway there because screw being reasonable after putting Brady at the top spot. To round out the Top 5, I’d put the aforementioned Joe Montana and then Brett Favre to close things out.
