The Denver Broncos have selected running back Javonte Williams with their 35th overall selection in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

Williams figures to play a prominent role between the tackles and a larger, downhill type running back. He doesn’t have blazing breakaway speed, but he can run through defenders and gain extra yardage just through sheer strength. He’s also a solid pass catcher out of the backfield.
