Art Stapleton noted in his tweet from Tuesday night that game will take place on the 20-year anniversary of 9/11. That was also the game 20 years ago that Eddie McCaffrey broke is leg on Monday Night Football.
The Giants own a 7-6 all-time record over the Broncos, which includes Super Bowl XXI when they defeated the John Elway led Broncos 39-20. This century, however, the Broncos have a 3-2 record over the G-men.
Per this report, the Broncos will face the Giants on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:25 PM Mile High time at MetLife Stadium.
