As Broncos kickoff season, hopes are high for more wins and possibly a playoff run

Today marks the beginning of the Broncos season. Is this the year the Broncos get back to where everyone expects?

Happy game day, Broncos Country!

The wait is over.

Today marks the beginning of the Denver Broncos season. Is this the year that the Broncos get back to where everyone expects?

The hype video from Denver’s social media team certainly does the job. Holy smokes.

For a special podcast, Adam Malnati and I teamed up with Joe Rowles to talk about the opener against the New York Giants and what to expect this season. As it stands, the Broncos are either at 8.5 or 9 wins based on the sportsbook. I have Denver as a nine-win team, but there are two games that could flip and put them at 11. Adam has them at eight wins.

Joe actually was the optimist of the bunch and has the Broncos at 11 wins. If that happens, Denver is a playoff team this year. And with this defense, anything can happen at that point.

But for now, the Broncos are set for kickoff against New York in New Jersey.

LFG.
