The Denver Broncos decided during warm-ups that edge rusher Bradley Chubb needs at least another week of limited work to get game ready on that ankle. Malik Reed will fill in that spot against the New York Giants across from Von Miller.
Everyone else from the injury report this week are good to go, including star tight end Noah Fant. Other inactives for the Broncos will be cornerback Kary Vincent Jr. and running back Nate McCrary. Instead, it will be running back Damarea Crockett and cornerback Nate Hairston on the active roster this week as both look to be a better fit for special teams.
For the Giants, they’ll get their star running back Saquon Barkley for this game. However, they won’t have their tight end Evan Engram for this game. The Giants offense is a different beast with Barkley in, so it could be difficult for the Broncos defense here on the road.
