Welcome to Week 2!
Last week seemed to promising for me. I had the Washington Football Team and the Minnesota Vikings seemingly going to win early and both flopped and we won’t even talk about the Las Vegas Raiders and their bullcrap. Over 400 people voted in last week’s poll and 56% of them said I would have the better day. Well, you were wrong. I didn’t flop as bad as Jess, but I didn’t do the best either.
This week will be different. I like the San Francisco 49ers, but on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles is a good spot I think for me to pick one off from the group. I just need to make sure the Pittsburgh Steelers hold of Laurie’s apparent infatuation with the Raiders this year. Yes, I know her Raider pick last week is why she is a game up but its unsettling nonetheless.
A few commenters from last week took a stab at it. Horsepower1 at least matched Laurie with 10 wins, as did broncofaninIL. We had a Canadian challenger too in habbrorapjay, but they came up short with 9 wins.
