Good morning, Broncos Country!
One game does not a season make.
But after one game, it was nice to see calm and posed presence behind center. Even better is Teddy Bridgewater played the way the Denver Broncos needed to get the win.
Now comes the toughest part of sports — consistency.
It’s easy to say, harder to accomplish. The NFL is a week-to-week league and anything can (and usually does) happen. So much as I and the MHR staff think the Broncos should win this game, they need to not let up.
On the MHR Radio Podcast, that’s why my player to watch is Bridgewater. He has a chance to lead Denver to a 2-0 start and actually give the team some consistency at quarterback. Yes, it’s just two weeks but it’s two weeks on the road and the opposing team’s home opener.

Teddy “2 Gloves” gave Broncos Country reason to celebrate, now he can add even more to it with another strong showing. Also, the new shirt from BreakingT is pretty cool. There’s also a “Flash” Melvin Gordon shirt. The Broncos running back has the potential to have another good game on the ground.
While there’s still a lot of season left and unforeseen twists and turns, heading back to Denver for the home opener 2-0 sounds awfully nice.

Denver7 Keys to victory vs. Jaguars. It centers on aggressive mentality
The NFL offers unique challenges. The disparity in talent that exists in college is absent in the pros. Any game remains a potential loss, even at Jacksonville, a team that is 1-16 over its last 17 contests. Denver cannot afford a misstep if it wants to end its playoff drought.
