The Guys I Want, Not the Guys I Think We're Going to Draft Mock

With the 64th overall pick in the 2nd Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Drake Jackson, 3-4 OLB, USC

Bradley Chubb and Randy Gregory are great pass rushers, their problem is durability. Drake Jackson has seen his stock slip for some unknown reason, but he would be a perfect pick at the end of the 2nd Round in a developmental Von Miller role.

With the 75th overall pick in the 3rd Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Marcus Jones, CB, Houston

I personally think CB is our biggest need going into the draft, luckily there are several good ones in this class. The best thing about Marcus Jones is that not only is he a good cornerback, he's a dangerous weapon returning kicks.

With the 96th overall pick in the 3rd Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: James Cook, RB, Georgia

James Cook would be a perfect compliment to Javonte Williams because he's great catching balls out of the backfield. Adding Cook would give us a dynamic young duo at RB.

With the 115th overall pick in the 4th Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Max Mitchell, OT, Louisiana

I hate waiting until the 4th Round to grab a right tackle but that's the way the cookie crumbled. Max Mitchell is a great athlete who could step in at RT quickly if we needed him to.

With the 116th overall pick in the 4th Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Charlie Kolar, TE, Iowa State

I know people say this is a lackluster draft for TE's, but I disagree. Charlie Kolar could be the next Mark Andrews, I hope we can get him.

With the 145th overall pick in the 5th Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Smoke Monday, SS, Auburn

Cool name! He's got a much better skill set than his draft position suggests. If he can mature a little bit he could be our next great strong safety.

With the 206th overall pick in the 6th Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Jayden Peevy, 3-4 DE, Texas A&M

I cannot understand why this guy keeps slipping to the 6th and 7th Rounds in most mocks. Jayden Peevy isn't a top shelf prospect but he's pretty good.

With the 232nd overall pick in the 7th Round our beloved Denver Broncos select: Dontario Drummond, WR, Ole Miss

I do think we're thin at slot receiver and could add some depth. Dontario Drummond is a big slot receiver who could be a steal if he develops.

Tell me what you think fellas, GO BRONCOS!!!
