After a week of winter weather and high school state championships, the turf at Empower Field at Mile High didn't look good enough for Denver Broncos owner/CEO Greg Penner. So he had the entire field replaced this week at a cost of $400,000. It's the little things when a franchise has an actual owner over a trust.
