Competent coaching starting to finally payoff for Broncos

For the first time in seven years the Broncos have competent coaching. And it’s lead to a 4-game win streak.

Good morning, Broncos Country!

Competent coaching matters.

When it comes to the turnaround of the Denver Broncos, that’s the biggest reason. Sean Payton is a competent head coach with a competent staff. Obviously, the start of the season was not what anyone had expected. But even with that rough start, you could see incremental improvement.

And with how bad the Broncos have been, they had to learn how not to lose games before they won them.

Now Denver sits at 5-5 and squarely in the AFC Playoff hunt. With the latest big game against a really good team in the Cleveland Browns. However, it’s not like the Broncos have been beating bad teams. Still, the task does not get any easier.

But that’s where competent coaching is so vital.

Denver has the belief and the confidence it can beat any team in the NFL and overcome any obstacle it faces over the course of a game. The fact Payton has this buy-in already, added to how the season started, is a testament to him, his style and his coaching staff.

In a tough matchup against a really good defense, Denver knows it can win this game.

As a fan of a team that has been terrible for so long, bring on the excitement.
