Good morning, Broncos Country!

In other news surrounding the Denver Broncos, Randy Gradishar is one step closer to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Earlier this week, the leader of the Orange Crush defense and one of the greatest linebackers to ever strap on pads became a Senior Finalist for the Hall of Fame Class of 2024. It’s the first time Gradishar has been a finalist.

And while Gradishar still needs to get the final vote from the full selection committee on the Saturday before the Super Bowl, it’s a near lock that he’ll get it. Yes, I know, with Gradishar nothing is for certain until it’s certain. Most won’t believe it’s true until the vote is counted and Gradishar is officially headed to the Hall of Fame.

The fact he’s this close is incredible. It’s certainly something I never thought would happen, especially with what happened in 2020 with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Centennial Class. It was then that Gradishar was not one of the 10 inductees.

But Gradishar is finally a finalist. He’s one step closer to the Hall of Fame.
