For educational purposes of our fellow Broncos fans, tell us a bit about your favorite draft sleeper(s).
Here's mine:
Viliami Fehoko - San Jose St. - DE?
Fehoko is second cousin to Vita Vea. He's been productive: over the last three seasons, Fehoko had 142 tackles, 22 sacks (increasing each season), 44 tackles for a loss, eight pass deflections, and five forced fumbles.
What intrigues me about him is the array of moves he possesses. Good counter, swim, and surprisingly good spin move. He can definitely generate enough power for bull rushes. He has surprising athleticism: he was third out of all DE's at the combine in athleticism score.
He's not super bendy, but his other traits, IMO, make up for it. His length is not great. I see a lot of room for improvements through NFL coaching. The question for Fehoko is: where does he play? He added more than 10 pounds for the combine, but is it enough to replace Dremont at DE? Or does he back up at OLB? Classic tweener stuff. At the very least, he'd be good in a sub package on clearly passing downs.
Now its your turn. Who are your sleepers?
