In this insightful article by Seth Wickersham of ESPN, we learned a lot of how Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton handled Russell Wilson right out of the gates.

He didn't mince words telling Wilson that the focus had to be on football and not Russell, Inc.

"Will you f---ing stop kissing all the babies?" he said. "You're not running for public office."

I think all of Broncos Country can relate. Wilson has incredible talent and if his head is fully invested in the game of football then Denver could be on the verge of a full turnaround this season. We'll have to wait and see what comes from Payton's no-nonsense style.
