The Denver Broncos have a chance to do something they have not done since the 2015 season, which is finishing above .500 within the AFC West. They currently stand at 3-2 on the season after sweeping the Los Angeles Chargers and if they can take the victory on the road against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 18 they will finish 4-2 in the division. That’s certainly something we haven’t seen in a while.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Broncos open 2.5-point road underdogs to the Raiders in Week 18. The over/under stands at 38 for this matchup.

The Broncos saw little to no change from their offense after the benching of Russell Wilson. It still struggled to find consistency, but some of that might have been due to the absence of Courtland Sutton and Marvin Mims Jr. Either way, they will need to play with more urgency on offense to win on the road against a feisty post-McDaniels Raiders team.

If they can do that, then I think that would stamp a big positive on the 2023 season overall. Sure, we’re all disappointed they are eliminated from the playoffs, but if they can finish with a winning record in the division for the first time since 2015 and do it by beating the Raiders in their own house then I’d feel pretty good about their 9-8 finish to the year.
